Non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upon registration. The balance of $1,000 is payable in full, or on a plan of two, four, or ten payments. Please note: this tuition covers the entire course, both Part 1 and Part 2.
Options for payment of balance:
1. Payment in full by check (made out to CCMA and mailed to PO Box 573, Nokesville, VA 20182, no later than 10 business days before the course begins).
2. Payment in full by debit or credit card, no later than 10 business days before the course begins. To use this payment option, request an electronic invoice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Payment in installments by debit or credit card. Installment plan options include monthly (10 payments of $100), quarterly (4 payments of $250), or biannually (2 payments of $500), and all plans must be completed prior to Part 2 of the formation course. To use this payment option, CCMA must have a credit card on file. To put your card on file securely, please log into your profile HERE and set up a saved credit card in the "manage payment options" tab.
If you are eligible for a student or religious discount, or you have been awarded financial aid from CCMA, your remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly.
